How can I place an order?

Select your favorite designs, choose your size, and then add them to your cart. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Shopify Payments, a secure and certified solution. You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. All payments are secure.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Europe: 7 to 15 business days (Standard), 4 to 7 business days (Express)
• Indonesia: 6 to 27 business days
• Australia: 4 to 10 business days

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, the option chosen (Standard or Express), and the carrier. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia.

Free delivery is offered on orders over €100. Orders qualifying for free delivery are shipped via our Standard option, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 15 business days.

Free Express delivery is offered for orders over €200 , for priority shipping via Australia Post (4 to 7 working days).

We do our best to offer responsible, fast shipping at the fairest price.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to make a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How do I make a return?

Write to us at contact@elafitbali.com , specifying your order number. We will send you instructions according to your country of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our pieces are made in Bali, in an ethical workshop that shares our values ​​of respect, well-being, and inclusivity. Each team member is paid up to three times the local average wage , benefits from health insurance for themselves and their families, and enjoys balanced working conditions , with hours ranging from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday.

We firmly believe that clothing that empowers women must also empower those who create it.

What are your clothes made of?

Our fabrics are made of 77% REPREVE® recycled nylon and 23% elastane, a combination that offers flexibility, resistance and second-skin comfort.

REPREVE® recycled nylon is an innovative fiber created from plastic waste collected from the oceans. Each thread is carefully processed to create a premium fabric: soft, breathable, durable, and environmentally friendly.
